Tim Cynova

Tim Cynova, SPHR, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and organizational development within the arts and education sectors. Currently serving as CHRO and CEO of WSS HR Labs since 2018, Tim also contributes as faculty teaching courses on culturally competent leadership and inclusive workplaces at Minneapolis College of Art and Design since 2022. Previous roles include faculty positions at The New School and Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity, as well as leadership positions such as Co-CEO and Chief Operating Officer at Fractured Atlas and Executive Director roles at High 5 Tickets to the Arts and Parsons Dance Company. Tim holds a degree in Musicology and Ethnomusicology from the College-Conservatory of Music at the University of Cincinnati and is an alumnus of New York University.
