Liz Cardwell

Liz Cardwell, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Human Resources Generalist at the Minneapolis Institute of Art, leading initiatives in hiring, onboarding, and employee resource group formation, while also managing payroll and compliance reporting. Prior experience includes roles as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator and Human Resource Administrator at American Preclinical Services, where Liz handled recruitment processes, onboarding, and HRIS support. Additional experience includes research assistant positions focusing on forensic psychology and homicide research, and a foundational role in managing advertisement inventory within the transportation sector.
