Dillon Clements

Dillon Clements, MBA, currently serves as the City-Wide Program Lead for the Minneapolis Park & Recreation Board, focusing on the development and equitable availability of specialized recreation programs. Prior roles include Recreation Supervisor, where Dillon managed facility operations, program development, and special events, and Recreation Facility Specialist, overseeing daily operations at Corcoran Park. Prior experience includes Sports Director at YMCA of the Greater Twin Cities, where Dillon organized extensive summer sports programs and developed community partnerships, as well as roles in Broomfield and Denver, supervising recreation facilities and youth sports programs. Dillon holds an MBA in Finance from Augsburg University and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
