Matt Bailey

Matt Bailey is an experienced professional in customer service and sports management. Since February 2019, Matt has served as a Specialist at the Minneapolis Park & Recreation Board. Previously, from April 2013 to November 2018, Matt worked in Guest Services for Aramark, where responsibilities included managing bars, ensuring guest satisfaction, and financial accountability. Prior experience includes roles as a Bobsled and Skeleton Program Assistant for the Olympic Regional Development Authority, Operations Assistant at Amavida Coffee, Operations Specialist for the United States Olympic Committee, and Sport Club Graduate Assistant at the University of Alabama Campus Recreation. Matt holds a Master’s degree in Sports Management and a Bachelor's degree in Management, both from The University of Alabama.
