Mary Boler

Managing Director Of Low Income Public Housing at Minneapolis Public Housing Authority

Mary Boler has extensive work experience with the Minneapolis Public Housing Authority. Mary started with the company in 1992 as a Property Manager, and later became the Manager of Leasing and Occupancy. In 1997, they were promoted to Assistant Director of Property Management. In 2005, Mary was appointed as the Managing Director of Low Income Public Housing.

Mary Boler graduated with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management in 1983. In the same year, they also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Minnesota. Mary further expanded their knowledge and skills by obtaining additional certifications such as Housing Specialist from Nan McKay and Associates (NMA) in May 1995, Manager of Maintenance from the National Center for Housing Management in March 1993, and Public Housing Manager from the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials (NAHRO) in October 1992.
