Paulita Todhunter

Paulita Todhunter currently serves as the Director of Diversity Initiatives at Minnehaha Academy, a role held since August 2000, providing support and training in curriculum adaptation and cultural competence within a preK-12 educational setting. Paulita also serves as a Pastoral Residency Candidate at Epiphany Covenant Church, beginning in August 2020, and was a VIVE Planning Partner with the Northwest Conference ECC from 2010 to 2011, focusing on college-preparation for underrepresented students. Previous experience includes teaching at St. Paul Public Schools from August 1990 to June 2000. Paulita holds a Master of Arts in Ignite-Christian Formation from North Park Theological Seminary (2021-2025), a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of St. Thomas (1991-1997), and a Bachelor’s degree in Hispanic Studies from St. Olaf College (1986-1990).
