Jessica Peterson

Jessica Peterson, M.Ed, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience in human resources. Jessica is currently the Director of Human Resources at the Minnesota Autism Center. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Human Resources at AiRCare Health. Jessica has also worked as an HR Business Partner at Allina Health and Gillette Children's Specialty Healthcare, where they were responsible for strategic HR thought partnering and advising managers on best practices. Earlier in their career, they worked as an HR Manager at the University of Minnesota Foundation and as a Human Resource Specialist at the University of Minnesota. Overall, Jessica has a strong background in HR management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.

Jessica Peterson, M.Ed, SHRM-CP, has a Master of Education degree in Human Resources Development from the University of Minnesota. Jessica also holds a Bachelor's degree in Music Education with a focus on instrumental from the same university. In addition, they have obtained certifications including the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM.
