Prior to this, Bonnie served as the President of the Minnesota Change Management Network, where they provided vision and strategy for the Board of Directors. Bonnie Therese earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociocultural Studies with an Urban emphasis from Bethel University, attending from 2001 to 2005. Additionally, they obtained various certifications, including Viva Champion Level I - Fundamentals from Microsoft in 2023, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals from Microsoft in 2022, Accessibility in Action from Microsoft in 2022, Microsoft Teams Administration: Managing Collaboration Tools from LinkedIn in 2022, Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals from Microsoft in 2021, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) from Prosci in 2019, and Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate from Microsoft in January 2022.
