Abigail Stamm is a seasoned health informatician and researcher with extensive experience in the public health sector. Currently serving as a Senior Health Informatician at the Minnesota Department of Health, Abigail provides informatics support to local health departments and assists with dashboard development using R. Previously, Abigail held various roles at the New York State Department of Health, including Research Scientist, Data Manager, and Data Analyst, where responsibilities included managing health data, preparing datasets for federal agencies, and conducting spatial analyses. Abigail's earlier positions include Evaluation Specialist at the NYS AIDS Institute and teaching roles at various universities. With a Ph.D. in Epidemiology from the University at Albany and additional degrees in health communication and anthropology, Abigail combines a strong academic background with hands-on public health experience.
