Kathy Koehler's work experience includes serving as a Principal Epidemiologist at the Minnesota Department of Health starting in 2015, and as a Global Health Foreign Service Officer at USAID from 2011 to 2015.
Kathy Koehler from Raleigh has a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Environmental Health from the University of Minnesota, which they completed in 2013. Kathy also holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from the University of Arizona.
