Char Conger

Charanna Conger currently serves as the Executive Director at Minnesota Discovery Center and is the Owner of Stable Foundations, LLC, focusing on developing strong foundations through human and horse connections as an Equine Interaction Experience Practitioner. Previously, Charanna held various roles, including Manager of Quality Services and Programs and Business Advisor at Entrepreneur Fund, and Training General Manager at Caribou Coffee. Experience also includes serving as Community Resource Manager at United Way of Northeastern Minnesota, where Charanna facilitated campaigns that raised over $1.8 million annually, and Executive Team Leader in Logistics at Target, where leadership and team development were prioritized. Early career experience involved roles at Conservation Corps Minnesota and different departments at Target. Charanna holds a Bachelor's degree in Recreation Resource Management from The University of Montana and an Associate's degree in General Studies from Central Lakes College-Brainerd.
