Emily Beltt

Emily Beltt, PMP, currently serves as the Workforce Training Coordinator for the State of Minnesota, where responsibilities include developing statewide training programs for residential energy professionals and overseeing workforce training initiatives totaling over $15M. Previously, Emily held various roles in program development and technical assistance within the Weatherization Assistance Program. Accomplishments include guiding significant grant applications, fostering collaboration for program expansion, and managing stakeholder engagement. Emily's background also features experience in public health communications, training development in the dairy industry, and leadership roles in sustainability initiatives. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Miami, specializing in Communications and Ecosystem Science.
