Jason L. is an experienced project manager and consultant with a diverse background in marketing, communications, and digital strategy. Currently serving as Implementation Project Manager at the State of Minnesota’s Office of Cannabis Management since April 2024, Jason previously held roles at General Mills as a Sr. Project Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing agile teams for a consumer data platform. At Allina Health, Jason implemented Agile methodologies, significantly improving marketing operations during organizational changes. Additional experience includes consulting at AIM Consulting Group, leading projects at Wells Fargo, and managing marketing efforts for various organizations. Jason holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Performance from Millikin University and had initial education in Music Performance at the University of South Dakota.
