Jennifer Jones

Jennifer Jones has extensive experience in the museum and historical society sector, currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Strategy at the Minnesota Historical Society since November 2016. Jennifer has held various leadership roles at the organization, including Associate Executive Director and Deputy Director of Preservation and Outreach, as well as Senior Director of Collections and Research Services. Prior to that, Jennifer was with the Minnesota Historical Society from December 2006 to May 2016 in roles such as Director of Library and Collections and Head of Collections. Jennifer's career began at the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation, where Jennifer worked as the Manager of the Digital History Center from January 1993 to December 2006. Jennifer holds a Master's degree in American History from William & Mary and a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Iowa.
