Allan Hoof

Allan Hoof is currently serving as the IOUG Director of Special Interest Groups (SIG) at the Independent Oracle Users Group (IOUG). Allan has extensive experience in Oracle technology and database management, having held various roles such as Enterprise Content Manager Developer at Minnesota Housing Finance Agency and Sr. Applications Analyst at City of Minneapolis. Allan's background also includes positions at Target Corporation and Cornelius, where Allan worked on content management systems. With a BA in Management Information Systems from Metro State University, Allan brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their roles in the technology field.
