Colleen Meier is an experienced professional with a background in opera performance and administration. Currently working as a Manufactured Housing Program Officer at Minnesota Housing, Colleen also serves as the Executive Assistant in the Single Family Division. Colleen is the Founder & Executive Director of Journey North Opera Company, where Colleen works to reinvigorate opera through cross-disciplinary partnerships. With a Master's of Music in Opera Performance from Ball State University and a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance and Theatre from Viterbo University, Colleen brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their roles. Additionally, Colleen has experience as an Opera Singer, Executive Board Secretary, and Administrative Assistant in various organizations.
