Michael Peterson has over 15 years of experience in mortgage finance, working in various roles such as Single Family Pipeline Manager, Real Estate Finance Consultant, Mortgage Consultant/processor/Quality Control, Finance Consultant, and Sr. Loan Officer. Michael has experience with conventional, non-conventional, FHA/VA, MHFA, RD Residential, Jumbo & Super Jumbo financing. Michael has also implemented regulatory and compliance software and procedures, conducted file audits for compliance and fraud, trained new loan officers and processors, and managed and trained staff. Michael also has experience in coordinating site reports for mergers. Michael holds a degree in Organizational Leadership, Ethics, communication, and project management.
