Colette Stadin has extensive experience in human resources and editorial roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Coordinator and previously as a Court Operations Associate with the Minnesota Judicial Branch since July 2018, Colette also held the position of Program Assistant at One Heartland for a brief period in 2018. Prior editorial experience includes roles as Editor at the Moose Lake Star-Gazette from May 2012 to February 2018 and at the Askov American from November 2003 to May 2012, alongside responsibilities as an Editorial Assistant, Proofreader, and Ad Designer. Colette holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Eastern Gateway Community College (2020-2022) and a High School Diploma from Moose Lake Community School.

The Minnesota Judicial Branch is made up of 10 judicial districts with 293 district court judgeships, 19 Court of Appeals judges, and seven Supreme Court justices. The Judicial Branch is governed by the Judicial Council, which is chaired by Lorie S. Gildea, Chief Justice of the Minnesota Supreme Court. The Minnesota Judicial Branch is mandated by the Minnesota Constitution to resolve disputes promptly and without delay.
