Daniel Blackburn possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Manager for the Minnesota Judicial Branch since 2014. In this role, Daniel collaborates with colleagues and leadership to enhance recruitment and retention strategies, manages recruitment processes for around 60 managers, and oversees employee relations for over 500 staff members.
