Noah is the fourth generation of the Wilcox family to lead the bank. Noah has served both the local community and the banking industry in numerous volunteer leadership positions. Noah currently serves as Chairman of the Independent Community Bankers of America® (ICBA) for 2020-21 and serves on the board of the Reif Performing Arts Center. He is past chairman of TCM Bank N.A. in Tampa, Florida and past chairman of ICBA Bancard in Washington D.C.
