Bob Ehren

Bob Ehren has over 20 years of work experience in the insurance industry. Bob started their career in 1995 at Securian Financial, where they held various roles before becoming the Senior Vice President of Individual Life Insurance. During their tenure in this role, they led the transformation of the division, increasing sales by 250% and propelling Securian from the 34th largest to a top-15 insurance carrier. Bob then moved on to become the Senior Vice President of Individual Life and Annuity, where they integrated the annuity business and achieved significant growth in both sales and revenue. Most recently, they held the position of Senior Vice President of Securian Business Services, leading a division with 6 direct reports and 1,000 associates. Bob executed strategies to enhance the customer experience through talent realignment, technology upgrades, process transformation, and data analytics. Currently, they serve as the Senior Vice President of Risk, Actuarial, Analytics, and Data, overseeing a team of 500 professionals.

Bob Ehren attended St. Olaf College from 1987 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Economics. Bob also obtained additional certifications, including a Charted Life Underwriter certification from the American College in 1996 and a Fellow in the Society of Actuaries certification from the Society of Actuaries in 1994.
