Kristi L. Fox

Kristi is responsible for the company’s talent strategies, compensation, benefits, diversity/inclusion and employee engagement initiatives. She also reinforces the importance of a performance-driven, accountable leadership culture throughout the organization. Kristi builds high-performing teams with an emphasis on collaboration and inclusiveness. In addition, she staffs the Human Resources Committee for Securian Financial’s board of directors. Kristi joined Securian Financial in 1994 as a customer service representative, serving individual annuity holders. In 1999, she joined Group Insurance, leading new client implementations and enrollment. Kristi joined the client relationship team in 2005, and after a series of promotions was named second vice president.
