Haley Brickner is the current Health Equity Coordinator at Minnesota Medical Association since May 2021. With previous experience as the Business Project Manager at NATIVE YOUTH ALLIANCE OF MINNESOTA from 2014 to 2016, and Director of Education at Grand Portage Reservation Tribal Government from 2011 to 2014. Haley holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Michigan State University, a Master's Degree in Health Education and Promotion from University of Central Arkansas, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Cleveland State University.

The Minnesota Medical Association is a non-profit professional association representing physicians, residents and medical students. With more than 10,000 members, the MMA is dedicated to being the indispensable and unified voice of physicians for advancing the practice of medicine, the profession and patient health. The MMA offers professional development opportunities for its members through continuing medical education and a physician career center. Through its Member Advantage program it offers insurance, vehicle purchase and lease services, real estate resources and identity theft protection plans. MMA also offers credentialing as part of a collaborative effort with the Minnesota Council of Health Plans (MCHP) and the Minnesota Hospital Association (MHA). This collaboration is endorsed by the Minnesota Medical Group Management Association (MMGMA).
