Eric Pearson

Eric Pearson is an experienced Information Technology Project Manager currently working for the State of Minnesota since October 2023, where responsibilities include managing the development and enhancement of statewide IT solutions and services. Prior to this role, Eric has held multiple positions within the Minnesota Army National Guard since February 2004, including Regional Senior Legal Operations Manager and Regional Risk Manager, focusing on risk management and stakeholder relationship development. From April 2016 to August 2023, Eric served at U.S. Bank as an Audit Manager and Senior Risk Officer, where oversight included audit and risk strategy implementation, project management, and compliance assessments. Eric holds a Master of Professional Studies in Organization Development & Change from Penn State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Legal & Paralegal Studies from the University of Providence.
