Minnesota National Guard
Micah Olson is an experienced professional currently serving as the Associate Operations Officer (S3) for the 334th Brigade Engineer Battalion in the Minnesota National Guard, where responsibilities include providing strategic recommendations and operational planning support. Previous roles include Chaplain Candidate at the 834th Aviation Support Battalion, where Micah independently executed duties of a Unit Ministry Team and trained new personnel, as well as various leadership positions in engineering and logistics roles, such as Platoon Leader in multiple Engineer Battalions. Complementing military experience, Micah has held positions in civilian sectors, including Aircraft Support Technician at Sun Country Airlines and leadership roles at UPS and Reflections Window Cleaning. Micah holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Minnesota and is pursuing advanced theological studies at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.
