Chelsea Schafter is a Labor Relations Specialist at the Minnesota Nurses Association, where responsibilities include serving as Chief Negotiator for collective bargaining agreements and organizing members to support various strategic initiatives. Prior experience includes roles as a Registered Nurse at the University of Minnesota Medical Center, where Chelsea provided comprehensive patient care across multiple units, and as a Licensed Vocational Nurse at Tri-County Behavioral Healthcare and Correct Care Solutions, delivering both clinical and administrative support. Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas at Arlington and an Associate of Science in Nursing from Lone Star College.
