Maddie Love

Maddie Love has a diverse range of work experience in various roles. Most recently, they worked as the Director of Data and Operations at the Minnesota Nurses Association starting in 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Data Consultant at Blackthorn Strategies, self-employed in 2021.

In 2022, Love worked as the Campaign Manager for Erin Maye Quade for Senate, where they successfully managed a competitive primary campaign and delivered a win in the general election. Maddie oversaw a campaign budget of $100,000, developed campaign messaging and strategy, coordinated with endorsing organizations, and managed a team of 8.

From 2021 to 2022, they served as the Senior Data Director at the Alliance for Youth Action, and from 2020 to 2021, they worked as the Data Director at America Votes. In 2019, Love was the Political Director at Minnesota Young DFL (MYDFL).

Maddie'searlier work experience includes being a History Day Mentor at the Minnesota Historical Society from 2016 to 2020, a Direct Services Advocate at The Aurora Center for Advocacy and Education from 2018 to 2020, and a Regional Organizing Director for Erin Murphy for Governor in 2018. In 2017, they were an Intergroup Dialogue Facilitator at the American University-Center for Diversity and Inclusion.

Maddie Love has a Bachelor's Degree with Distinction in Political Science from the University of Minnesota. Maddie also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from American University. In September 2019, Maddie graduated from the Arena Academy, specializing in the Campaign Manager Track. Additionally, in January 2019, they became a certified Crisis Counselor through the State of Minnesota.
