Maddie Love has a diverse range of work experience in various roles. Most recently, they worked as the Director of Data and Operations at the Minnesota Nurses Association starting in 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Data Consultant at Blackthorn Strategies, self-employed in 2021.

Maddie Love has a Bachelor's Degree with Distinction in Political Science from the University of Minnesota. Maddie also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from American University. In September 2019, Maddie graduated from the Arena Academy, specializing in the Campaign Manager Track. Additionally, in January 2019, they became a certified Crisis Counselor through the State of Minnesota.
