Lani Willis

Lani Willis is the current VP of Advancement at Minnesota Opera. Lani has held this position since September of 2014. Prior to that, they were the Marketing and Communications Director at the Minnesota Opera from September 1998-September 2014. Lani also has experience as a flutist, having played with Orvieto Musica, Inc. from January 1999-December 1999. Outside of music, they were a Production Editor for the Worship and Music Department at Augsburg Fortress Publishers from March 1997-September 1998.

Lani Willis has a Master of Music in Flute Performance from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and a BA in Music, English, and French from Luther College.

Their manager is Ryan Taylor, President & General Director. They work with Karen Quisenberry - VP, Production, Emily Bishai - Resident Artist Assistant Stage Director, and Lee Bynum - VP, Impact.
