This team, led by the Vice President of Customer Experience & Engineering Services, manages customer interactions, supports account management, develops affordability and customer programs, and utilizes analytics to enhance service operations. They are dedicated to providing responsive, personalized support and maintaining strong relationships with strategic accounts and everyday customers alike.

The Operations Team at Minnesota Power oversees the management and execution of all generation, transmission, and distribution processes within the company's electric service territory. They ensure efficient and reliable power production and delivery, handle project execution, and coordinate maintenance and operational activities across renewable and thermal energy facilities.

Operations Team

The Project Management team at Minnesota Power is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. This team coordinates cross-departmental efforts, manages resources, mitigates risks, and ensures that all project objectives align with the company's strategic goals and standards. The team includes Project Managers, Project Development Leaders, and Program Managers who drive projects from conception to completion while maintaining the company's commitment to providing reliable and efficient electric service.

Project Management

The Energy and Infrastructure team at Minnesota Power is responsible for managing and maintaining the essential systems and facilities required to deliver electricity to customers. This includes overseeing the installation and maintenance of meters, ensuring robust communications infrastructure, leading electrical operations at hydro generation sites, managing energy supply logistics, and ensuring the safety and decommissioning of dams and other key facilities. Together, the team ensures reliable and safe energy delivery across Minnesota Power’s extensive service territory.
