Matthew Everett

Matthew Everett is an experienced development associate with a long tenure at the Minnesota Private College Council since December 1999. Everett's background includes significant roles in the theatrical community, having served as a senior box office reservationist at Guthrie Theater from October 2004 to October 2020, and as a theater arts writer for the Twin Cities Daily Planet from 2008 to 2011. Additionally, various playwright positions were held with multiple organizations, such as the Flowershop Project and Commedia Beauregard, and involvement as a board member for Urban Samurai Productions. Everett contributed to the Minnesota Fringe Festival as a blogger, producer, and playwright from 2003 to 2010 and facilitated roundtable discussions at the Playwrights Center from 1998 to 2002. Educational credentials include the completion of a program at the Yale School of Drama from 1988 to 1991.
