Brenda de Rosas

Legislative Assistant at Minnesota Senate

Brenda De Rosas has a diverse professional background with experience in legislative support and health care. Currently serving as a Legislative Assistant for the Minnesota Senate since January 2023, Brenda has also worked as an Intermittent Worker in the Office of Governor Tim Walz and Lt. Governor Peggy Flanagan since January 2022. Previously, Brenda held roles as a DFL Senate District Organizer for the Minnesota DFL Party and as a Shelter Advocate at CADA, Inc. Brenda’s earlier experience includes positions as an Office Assistant at Gustavus Adolphus College and Certified Nursing Assistant at The Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society and Benedictine Living Community of St. Peter. Additionally, Brenda completed an internship as a Cross-Cultural Health Intern at Concordia Language Villages, focusing on global health communication. Brenda earned a degree in Political Science from Gustavus Adolphus College in 2022.
