Rachel Aplikowski

Rachel Aplikowski currently serves as the Director of the Executive Board for the Legislative Information and Communications Staff (LINCS) at the National Conference of State Legislatures, a position held since October 2023. Prior roles include Media Relations Director for the Minnesota Senate and Communications Director and Press Secretary for the Minnesota Senate Republican Caucus. With extensive experience in media relations, communications strategy, and grassroots organizing, Rachel has contributed to various political campaigns and organizations, including serving as Operations Manager for a Congressional Campaign and working in outreach roles for a Congressional Office. Rachel holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Communication Management from Concordia University-St. Paul and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Concordia College.
