Established in 1858, the Minnesota State Academies for the Deaf and the Blind (MSA) is the leader in the State of Minnesota in providing services to students who are Blind, Visually Impaired, Deaf, Hard of Hearing or DeafBlind and their families. Our academies include the Minnesota State Academy for the Blind (MSAB) and the Minnesota State Academy for the Deaf (MSAD). We provide a broad range of educational options from infancy through age 21 for students from all corners of the state. We also provide a wealth of resources, educational tools and strategies, and trained/knowledge personnel that are available to support students statewide.
