Oballa Oballa

Oballa Oballa is an experienced civic leader currently serving as City Councilman for the City of Austin, Minnesota since January 2021. Additionally, Oballa has been a Member of the Board of Trustees for Minnesota State Colleges and Universities since September 2020. Prior roles include President and Vice President of LeadMN (Minnesota State College Student Association) from July 2019 to June 2020 and July 2018, respectively. Oballa holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from St. Scholastica's College and an education in Human Services with a focus on Social Work from Riverland Community College.
