Spring Frans

Spring Frans possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR Professional at Minnesota State Colleges and Universities since May 2021. Prior to this role, Spring held positions including Human Resources Technician at Hennepin Technical College and Human Resources Manager at Presbyterian Homes & Services. Additional experience includes serving as an HR Coordinator at 3M and conducting an HR internship at Hearth & Home Technologies. Spring began a career in HR management as the Northern China Regional HR Manager for Vietnam Airlines from January 2002 to May 2009. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Human Resources and Industry Relations from the UMN Carlson School of Management, a Bachelor's Degree in International Business and Communication from Metro State University, and an M.B.A. in Business Administration and Management from Beihang University.
