Margarita Ruiz

Margarita Ruiz is an experienced administrative professional and community organizer with a strong background in political campaigns and volunteer management. Currently serving as an Administrative Assistant at Minnesota State University, Mankato since February 2022, Margarita previously worked as a Campaign Manager for Jeff Brand for MN House 19A and held various roles in community organizing, including as a Poder Fellow with UNIDOS MN during the 2020 election cycle, where voter registration and direct voter engagement were key responsibilities. Margarita's early experiences include a Summer Office Assistant position at Minnesota State University and as a Field Intern for Klobuchar For Minnesota. Margarita holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Sociology from Minnesota State University, Mankato, completed in 2021.
