Trey Hughes

Trey Hughes is currently a Manufacturing Operations Co-op at Entegris, since August 2025, focusing on optimizing efficiencies on the manufacturing floor using Lean 6 Sigma methodologies. Trey is also a Mechanical Engineering student at Minnesota State University, Mankato since August 2023. Prior experience includes a Testing Engineer Co-op at TEAM Industries from August 2024 to July 2025, where testing of drivetrain components for UTVs and snowmobiles was conducted, alongside a Mechanical Engineering Co-op at Packaging Corporation of America from January 2024 to July 2024, managing maintenance planning and crew execution for paper machine repairs. Additionally, Trey served as Manager of Operations and Zamboni driver at National Sports Center from May 2014 to August 2023, and holds an Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Minnesota State University, Mankato, completed in June 2019.
