Dee Thibodeau is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in technology consulting and investment management. As the CEO and Owner of Charter Solutions since May 1997, Thibodeau has led the company in delivering data-driven business and technology consulting services. In addition, Thibodeau serves as Managing Partner at Sofia Fund, overseeing two investment funds. Thibodeau's commitment to healthcare and education is demonstrated through roles on the boards of the University of St. Thomas School of Nursing, University of Minnesota Physicians, and the University of Minnesota School of Nursing. Furthermore, Thibodeau contributes to the Minnesota Technology Association as a board member, promoting a thriving technology ecosystem in the state. Thibodeau earned a Bachelor's degree from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
