Jarrel Tolbert is a seasoned creative professional with extensive experience in brand development and strategic marketing. Currently serving as Brand Creative Lead at Wave Sports + Entertainment since April 2022, Jarrel Tolbert also holds the position of Founder & Principal Creative Director at Akuma, A Creative Practice since 2012, where focus is placed on enhancing clients' market distinction through targeted brand identity solutions and go-to-market strategies. Prior to these roles, Jarrel Tolbert worked as a Creative Consultant at 19th & Park Inc. from November 2017 to April 2022, leading the creation of innovative concepts rooted in cultural insights and trends in sports and fashion. Additionally, from 2016 to 2020, Jarrel Tolbert co-founded Madison-USA, where responsibilities included designing a retail space for Ohio State University-based streetwear and curating community-focused programming. Jarrel Tolbert holds a degree from Chicago State University.
