Ryan Delage

Ryan Delage is a seasoned professional in the sports and customer service industries, currently serving as the Suite Sales and Service Manager at Minnesota United FC since January 2022. Ryan also holds the position of Executive Guest Experience Team Lead for ESPN X-Games, where leadership is provided to a team of college students focused on enhancing guest experiences at events in Minneapolis and Aspen since July 2018. Previous experience includes managing the Alpine Ski Specialty Shop at Scheels, where Ryan implemented successful sales strategies and built strong vendor relationships, and working as a Recruiting Manager at Robert Half, specializing in financial recruitment. Ryan began a career with Minnesota Vikings Football, LLC as a Sales and Service Representative, following the completion of a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing at the University of Minnesota Duluth.
