Phil Traeger

Phil Traeger, CPA (Inactive), MBA, is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in healthcare finance. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Minnesota Urology, the largest private urology practice in the upper Midwest, Phil has held similar roles at People's Center Clinics & Services and the Institute for Clinical Systems Improvement. Prior positions include Director of Finance at HealthPartners, Financial Consultant at Hudson Financial Solutions, and Consulting roles at Parson Group and AMERICAN DENTAL PARTNERS, INC. With a strong foundation in accounting as demonstrated through roles at UnitedHealth Group and MCC Companies, Phil holds an MBA in Finance from the University of St. Thomas and a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
