Phil Rauscher

Offensive Line Coach at Minnesota Vikings

Phil Rauscher joins the Vikings staff in 2020 for his sixth NFL season after most recently serving as the offensive line coach for the Washington Redskins in 2019. Rauscher will work with Offensive Line/Run Game Coordinator Rick Dennison, who he coached with on the Denver Broncos staff during the 2015-16 seasons. Rauscher also coached alongside current Vikings coaches Gary Kubiak, Brian Pariani and Klint Kubiak as a member of the Broncos coaching staff.

Rauscher was promoted from assistant offensive line coach to offensive line coach when Assistant Head Coach/Offensive Line Coach Bill Callahan was appointed interim head coach prior the Washington's sixth game of the 2019 season. In the 11 games Rauscher served as offensive line coach, the Redskins totaled 1,239 rushing yards and average 4.62 yards per carry, the eight-best average in the NFL during that span.v
