John Carlson

John Carlson currently serves as the Guest Services Manager for the Minnesota Wild since March 2022, following a role as Customer Success Coach at NBC Sports Next earlier that year. Previous experience includes a position as Community Relations & Fan Services Intern with the St. Paul Saints and a Marketing Intern at My7on7 Football Passing League. Carlson has also contributed to marketing communications at Realty Group and supported athletic pursuits as a Wide Receiver Coach at Bloomington Jefferson High School. Additional internships in athletic communications and social media, as well as a role as Hospitality Specialist at Delaware North, complement the diverse background. Carlson holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Bethel University.
