Josh Kielbasa

Director, IT at Minnesota Wild

Josh Kielbasa is the Senior IT Manager at Minnesota Wild. Josh has been with the organization since March 2014 and in their current role since April 2019. Prior to that, they served as the IT Generalist with responsibility for installation, troubleshooting and analysis of data integration software like Microsoft SQL, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Great Plains and Cisco UCCX. Josh was also the project manager and engineer for the Cisco phone system, Cisco Contact Center and WebEx.

In their current role, Josh is responsible for leading the IT team and facilitating new business processes to streamline communication within the IT department and throughout the entire organization. Josh also manages projects related to new technology implementations, such as the Cisco Vision system. Additionally, they maintain Apple Configurator and JAMF's Casper Suite to meet the needs of the company, venues and events.

Josh is a collaborative leader who is always looking for ways to improve customer support for all events held on the MSE campus, including concerts, conferences, hockey games and more. Josh is an expert in systems like Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, VMware and others.

Josh Kielbasa has an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Computer Support Technician from Minnesota West Community and Technical College, as well as an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Information Security and Assurance from the same school.

They work with Jack Larson - VP & General Manager, Xcel Energy Center, Rachael Johnson - Director, Guest Experience, and Maria Troje - VP, Sales & Service. Rick Jacobson - IT Manager, Trevor Weaver - IT Generalist report to Josh Kielbasa. Their manager is Matt Majka, President & Alternate Governor.
