Michelle Westberg is an experienced quality management professional currently serving as the Director of Quality at Minnesota Wire since October 2015, where responsibilities include establishing a corporate quality assurance system and leading continuous improvement efforts. Previously, Michelle held multiple roles at Nonin Medical, Inc. from December 2001 to October 2015, including Senior Quality Manager and Quality Systems Engineer. Prior experience also includes a tenure as Quality Systems Manager at ADC and various engineering and managerial positions at Honeywell, where skills were developed in quality assurance, process improvement, and marketing leadership for OEM thermostats. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
