Josh Debruin

Josh DeBruin currently serves as Vice President and Director of Quality at Weco Manufacturing Group, where oversight of quality operations across three facilities is central to the role. In previous positions, Josh managed quality systems at Rochester Industrial Control, Inc. as a Quality/NPI Manager, and optimized operations as General Manager at Gopuff, successfully reducing costs. Additionally, Josh held the position of Plant Manager at Penta-Tech Coated Products, where effective management led to the launch of a new UV coating line, generating significant revenues. Josh is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Rochester Institute of Technology, with prior education at Monroe Community College.
