Andrew then attended the University of Wisconsin-River Falls from 2005 to 2010, where they pursued Pre-Engineering without obtaining a degree. Continuing their education, Andrew attended the University of Minnesota, College of Science and Engineering from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Industrial and Systems Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, Andrew Beebe has also earned several certifications. In 2010, they became a Certified LabVIEW Associate Developer through National Instruments. Following that, they obtained an Engineer in Training certification in June 2013, which was awarded by the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying. Lastly, in July 2014, they obtained a Six Sigma Lean Professional certification from the Management and Strategy Institute.
