Shannon Mikula

Shannon Mikula is currently working as the Special Project Counsel/Manager in the Environmental department at Minnkota Power Cooperative. In the past, Shannon held positions such as Attorney-at-Law at Mikula Juris LLC, Partner at CAMRUD, MADDOCK, OLSON & LARSON, LTD., and Graduate Assistant at Governor Dave Freudenthal, Distinguished Guest Professor of Energy, Law and Economics. Shannon has a Juris Doctorate from the University of Wyoming College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resources Management and Policy from Colorado State University.
