Theresa Allard

Theresa Allard possesses extensive experience in the energy sector, serving in various roles at Minnkota Power Cooperative since October 2007, including NERC Compliance Manager, NERC Compliance Coordinator, and CADD Technician. Prior to this, Theresa worked as an Estimator/Project Coordinator at C.L. Linfoot Co. from May 1999 to October 2007. Theresa obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Industrial Technology from the University of North Dakota, where studies were completed between 1995 and 1999.
