Andrea Lodermeier

Andrea Lodermeier has been with Minnwest Bank since April 2006, currently holding the role of Director of Business Banking Associates/VP. In this position, Andrea leads the team to create a cohesive group and develops core processes and procedures. Andrea also has experience in construction loan disbursement operations and provides helpdesk support to ensure a secure computing environment. Prior to their role at Minnwest Bank, Andrea worked at Northern Star Bank as an Administrative Assistant, where Andrea assisted with consumer, real estate, and commercial loans. Andrea also worked at Target as a Cashier, gaining experience in training new employees. Andrea holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Rasmussen College and a Diploma in Sales & Management from St. Cloud Technical and Community College.
